Information Permissions Post
With gods, psychics, and rabid fangirls roaming our community ICly, the questions arise: how much of another character's canon does a character have access to? Are there things a player would rather keep under wraps? And are there things that omniscients should know about your character?
Please respond to this post with any information characters should know ICly (for example, if they can read minds) or that you'd prefer to keep secret (like your character's alter-ego).
When in doubt, the best rule of thumb is to contact a player before making any revelations about their characters. Sure, your character reads manga and knows that Light is Kira -- but maybe the mun wants to try and keep it under wraps.

Information: He doesn't have much in the way of secrets. :|b He's a cat demon, he can fly, he eats people (very rarely), he has a habit of dying and coming back. Really, he'll tell you any of this. It's no problem if you know it.
Accessible to: Without speaking to him: anyone who could get hold of manga published in 1999. Gods/omniscients/psychics.

Information: Again, Schro doesn't really have any secrets. He's everywhere and nowhere at once, dead and alive at the same time, so basically, he is hax. He's also a Nazi, an experiment, and a rather nasty person underneath the cute exterior. Although he tries to maintain his innocent appearance, he won't particularly care if you spill things about him. After all, he knows everything about you (with mun permission, of course).
Accessible to: Anyone who can get hold of the Hellsing manga/OVA series. ...the dates escape me right now, so look them up if you're not sure if your character would know them yet. :'D Also, gods/omniscients/psychics.
Please contact mun before: Nothing much, really. HOWEVER, this is subject to change if he suddenly gets involved with a plot, and I reserve the right to change this at any time.
Character: Tieria Erde
Character Journal:
Information: Oh god, where do I start. Tieria has a lot of secrets. He's not a student, he's one of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters, which roughly makes him Public Enemy Number One along with his comrades on his world. He pilots Gundam Virtue (more commonly known to the UN Forces as Giant). He is mostly located on the Ptolemaios, Celestial Being's Gundam Carrier Ship. The ship is virtually unfindable unless you already know where it is, so there won't be any surprise visits, thank you. Oh, and that Public Enemy Number One thing? Yeah, he's a terrorist, pretty much. You don't want to see his kill count.
His knack for computers? Is not exactly part of some family heritage, as he might tell you. In fact, Tieria is not human. What he precisely is isn't known yet, but it's a safe bet that he's some sort of organic artificial human, with electronic implants in his brain and eyes. The ridiculous feats of hacking he seems to accomplish are not through any real skill of his own, but rather using the enormous processing power of Veda, Celestial Being's supercomputer. And as for his thoughts on Veda, it is more or less everything to him. God, boss, mother and only friend.
Accessible to: Technically, anyone who could watch Gundam 00. Other CB members know the first paragraph, but nobody except Tieria and Veda (and [SPOILERS]) know the second part. However, Blackout, Motoko and Eros know that Tieria isn't human, and Motoko knows that he is definitely not a student. Gods and omniscients would know, but I don't know if psychics can read robots. :|b Also, it's okay for characters to put two and two together and realise that Tieria is really not normal, but try and make it...realistic? Preferably only characters he speaks to a lot, or if he makes a massive slip-up.
Please contact mun before: You reveal anything. Even a locked comment to Tieria mentioning this stuff will cause him to flip out. Chances are we can work with something, but please, please, please, ask me first. I'm open to characters finding out, but I'd still like to talk about it beforehand.
Character: Uzuki Yashiro
Character Journal:
Information: Harrier Reaper (see Koki Kariya), but doesn't have any secrets, really. Oh, and she's dead. But that's not a problem, really.
Accessible to: Gods and omniscients, but psychics can't read Reapers.
Please contact mun before: ...nothing, really. She's got no bother about telling people she's a Reaper, and that's the only thing of note about her.
