Mm... this one's tough. I'm not too familiar with the fandom myself, but I've asked around and the responses were fairly- unsure on characterization. It's been pointed out that this is more X canon than Tsubasa, as well.
I'm tentatively going to reject this application and feel like an asshole for doing so. Feel free to try again with a new sample. :)
